Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Connect Virasat application or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and members of Connect Virasat, including those who contribute content, information, or other materials or services. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
To register and use Connect Virasat, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- Be a resident of India with a valid Indian mobile number
- Hold a valid Indian bank account for withdrawal purposes
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information
- Not be previously banned or suspended from Connect Virasat for any reason
- Not be acting on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the referral system is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans on all associated accounts.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@connectvirasat.in
- Connect Virasat is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to secure credentials
- Your username must not impersonate another person or be offensive, misleading, or trademark-infringing
- You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current and accurate
- Account transfers or sales to other persons are strictly prohibited
Referral Program Rules
The referral program is the core of Connect Virasat. To ensure fairness for all members, the following rules govern the program:
- Each referral link is unique to your account and must not be shared in a misleading or deceptive manner
- A referral is only valid when a new, unique user registers using your link with a unique mobile number not previously registered on the platform
- Referral earnings are credited only after the referred user successfully completes account verification and any required activity as defined by Connect Virasat
- Self-referrals (referring yourself through fake accounts or alternate identities) are strictly prohibited
- Paying others to register using your link (paid installs) is prohibited and will void all earnings from that referral
- Spam-sharing your referral link via bulk SMS, automated bots, email blasts, or purchased traffic is prohibited
- Connect Virasat reserves the right to modify referral payout amounts at any time with 7 days' notice

Earnings & Wallet
Your Connect Virasat wallet holds earnings from valid referrals. The following terms apply to your wallet balance:
- Wallet earnings are credited in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-transferable between accounts
- Pending earnings may be reviewed for up to 72 hours before being confirmed in your wallet
- Connect Virasat reserves the right to reverse credited earnings if fraud or policy violations are later detected
- Wallet balances do not accrue interest and are not protected by the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (DICGC)
- In the event of account closure, confirmed wallet balances will be paid out to your registered bank account within 30 working days, subject to verification
- Connect Virasat may introduce earning caps, tier changes, or program modifications with advance notice
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are subject to the following rules and processing conditions:

- Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered in your own name — third-party account transfers are not permitted
- Connect Virasat is not responsible for delays caused by banking holidays, RBI directives, or technical failures at the payment gateway
- Failed transfers due to incorrect bank details provided by the user will not be re-processed until corrected details are submitted
- Connect Virasat may request additional KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN) before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold
- Any applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted in accordance with the prevailing Income Tax Act
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all earnings:
- Creating fake, duplicate, or bot accounts to generate fraudulent referrals
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to manipulate referral counts or wallet credits
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Connect Virasat platform
- Misrepresenting the nature of Connect Virasat to potential referrals (e.g. promising guaranteed income)
- Using Connect Virasat's brand name, logo, or trademarks without written permission
- Sharing referral links on spam networks, malicious websites, or click-farm platforms
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002
- Attempting to withdraw funds through fraudulently registered bank accounts
- Abusing, threatening, or harassing Connect Virasat staff or other members
- Circumventing any geographic or age-based restrictions placed by the platform
Account Suspension & Termination
Connect Virasat may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Detection of fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity on your account
- Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated time
- Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
- Receiving a court order, government directive, or legal request requiring account closure
- At your own request via the "Delete Account" feature in the app
Upon termination due to policy violations, all wallet earnings are forfeited and no payout will be made. Upon voluntary account deletion by the user, any confirmed (non-pending) wallet balance above ₹100 will be paid out to the registered bank account within 30 working days.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the Connect Virasat platform belongs exclusively to ConnectVirasat Technologies Pvt. Ltd.:
- The Connect Virasat name, logo, brand identity, and visual design are registered trademarks
- All software, code, algorithms, databases, and app features are proprietary and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal referral purposes only
- Any content you submit (feedback, support messages) grants Connect Virasat a royalty-free licence to use it for service improvement
Disclaimers
Connect Virasat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components
- Referral earnings represent a guaranteed or consistent source of income
- The referral program will continue indefinitely without modification or discontinuation
- Information provided on the platform is always accurate, complete, or current
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ConnectVirasat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform
- Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or earnings due to platform downtime or technical failure
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure login credentials
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banking partners or payment gateways
- Actions of third parties including referral link misuse by persons other than yourself
Our total aggregate liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount credited to your wallet in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Connect Virasat shall be resolved as follows:
- Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact our support team. We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 working days
- Step 2 — Grievance Officer: Escalate to our designated Grievance Officer (details in Section 14) who will respond within 30 days per IT Act requirements
- Step 3 — Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Jurisdiction: Courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings
Amendments to Terms
Connect Virasat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made:
- The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated
- Users will be notified via in-app notification or registered mobile number at least 7 days before changes take effect
- Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
- If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account deletion
Minor updates such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes may be made without prior notice.
